For our BWB LiFePO4 Batteries, we only use A-Grade GFB Prismatic cells and high-quality BMS. Apart from that, we also use double-coated 3M foam tape between every cell for shock absorption, fiberglass tape to keep the cells together, and high-quality epoxy resin boards as the insulation board.
The cells are covered by foam on both sides as well as the bottom to help with vibration and external heat. In this way, the battery is built for performance in a harsh environment related to 4WD and boating.

We have heaps of AGM batteries for our offgrid system. we live in remote area and with new gears and equipment installed in our house, the old AGM’s just can’t keep up. Heard about these guys from a friend down in Brisbane. Worth the try after research about their lithium battery. We have been using them for a few months now and it works great! I have 48v 200AH BWB unit.
