Every BWB LiFePO4 battery is made with GFB Class-A, EV-grade prismatic cells, ensuring high stability and performance under heavy load. These premium cells allow the battery to achieve up to 8,000 life cycles, far exceeding traditional AGM or lead-acid batteries.
Inside, the cells are separated by double-coated 3M foam tape for shock absorption, secured with fiberglass tape, and protected by high-quality epoxy resin boards to ensure insulation and vibration resistance. Foam padding is added to both sides and the bottom for better thermal and physical protection.
The outer shell is made of heavy-duty 304 stainless steel, making this BWB 12V 200Ah LiFePO4 battery extremely durable and suitable for harsh environments like 4WD adventures, marine use, and industrial applications.
