For our BWB LiFePO4 Batteries, we only use A-Grade GFB Prismatic cells and JBD BMS. Apart from that, we also use double-coated 3M foam tape between every cell for shock absorption, fiberglass tape to keep the cells together, and high-quality epoxy resin boards as the insulation board.
The cells are covered by foam on both sides as well as the bottom to help with vibration and external heat. In this way, the battery is built for performance in a harsh environment related to 4WD and boating.

Charging sources of LiFePO4 batteries
- ators (in Vehicles): The alternator in the vehicle can charge the LiFePO4 battery when the engine is running. You can use a DC/DC Charger with Lithium option.
- Solar Panels: LiFePO4 batteries are commonly used in solar energy storage systems. Solar panels can be connected to a charge controller, which then charges the LiFePO4 battery bank. Make sure the Charge Controller is compatible with LiFePO4 batteries.
- AC/DC Chargers: You can set your chargers voltage to lithium. Please take note of your battery voltage type to manually set the voltage. Like for a 12V system, the max charge voltage is 14.6V. Learn more about our LITHIUM CHARGERS.
